I love hair flowers! I've made a few with silk flowers on clips and worn them around to many places! It's a great little embellishment that adds a pop of color and a little sass to any outfit you may have.
This hair flower clip was made with some polyester fabric with various colored tulle in between the layers for a little oomph. (You can't really see them too well, but they're there!) Each petal was "melted" over a flame to help create the shape of the petals. I also sewed on some pink, white and black seed beads to the middle of the flower to add some interest.
